Our current Make Time is 4-6 WEEKS plus shipping.

Hi everyone!
My name is Whitney, and I’m the Owner / Designer / Creator of Little Dreamers Tutus. I also happen to be employee #1. In fact, I’m the only employee, which means that everything you see coming out of my studio is hand crafted by me! I specialize in tutu dresses for weddings/flower girls, or any special occasion!

I am currently booked for the next 4 weeks, but make time can go up to 10 weeks as we get closer to wedding season. Please plan ahead and get your order in in time, as I will only take a few, if any, rush orders. Return/Exchange Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Feel free to ask any questions about our product before you purchase! If there is an issue with your item or we have made a mistake with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If an exchange is agreed upon, your item MUST be returned within 3 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not accept returns if the item appears worn or is damaged or if it is past the return period. (This is standard policy when dealing with formal wear, which is sometimes worn only once. Thanks in advance for your understanding).

Under NO circumstances can a custom color dress be exchanged. We are more than happy to help you in the design process and give  recommendations and opinions, but in the end, the custom color choices are yours. We spend countless hours making and creating gorgeous color combinations and getting them photographed to provide as many options as possible, so if you decide to go with something all your own, that’s great! But we can’t re-sell it if you decide you don’t like the way it turned out.

We HIGHLY recommend purchasing a COLOR SWATCH before you order so you can see the color in person! We strive to have all our dresses photographed in natural lighting with minimal editing and no filters, etc. but lighting, editing and screen settings can make colors vary drastically.

Shipping:

We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped you will receive two emails, one from us with care instructions and one from USPS with a link to current tracking/shipping info.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE DRESSES?
Your dress (or dresses) may be packaged up fairly tightly in a 20″x8″x8″ box, so when you get them, they may be flat and have some wrinkles (since the larger ones are folded), this is normal. Just hang them up, run your fingers through the tulle to get the wrinkles out, and mist with a spray bottle of water or hang them up in a bathroom with a hot shower running to steam them out. The tulle will return to it’s normal, fluffy state.

*Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. Any customs fees or taxes your country may charge are not included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility.

*Tutu’s and Kits will ship via USPS First Class Mail. This takes 2-6 weeks.

*Dresses will ship via USPS Priority or Express Mail. This takes 5-10 business days, but varies due to customs. A tracking number is provided to MOST locations, but not all, and insurance is provided with every international package.
